What areas do you serve?

We offer our private car services throughout the Fargo/Moorhead and surrounding areas. If planned in advance, we are able to transport up to 500 miles.

How do I book a ride?

You can book a ride through our website or by calling/texting us.

Are your drivers professionally trained?

Yes, all our drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and undergo thorough background checks.

What types of vehicles are available?

We offer a range of vehicles including mini vans, 14 passenger vans, and SUVs to suit your needs.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Absolutely! You can schedule a ride up to 12 months in advance through our booking system. We prefer that you schedule ahead so we can ensure we have a vehicle and driver reserved for you.

Do you require a deposit to book events?

Yes, we require a 50 percent non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.

Do you offer event and venue transportation packages all year?

Yes, as long as they are booked ahead, we provide shuttle services for events 12 months out of the year.

Do you charge extra if my flight gets delayed or canceled?

If your flight is delayed or canceled by the airline, we will track your flight to ensure we pick you up on time. There is no extra cost for this. This is why we ask for flight information at the time of booking.

Can I pay cash upon pick-up?

To ensure you receive the best possible service, we require that all transports be paid for at time of reservation utilizing a debit or credit card.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you cancel more than 24 hours from the time of service you will receive a refund of 50%. If you cancel less than 24 hours from the time of service, you will not receive a refund. This only applies to local transports. Different cancellation policies apply to event and venue shuttle packages.

I left something in a vehicle. How do I get it back?

Contact us via e-mail or phone and we will do our best to locate your lost items.

Can you transport my minor child for me?

Yes, we do require a 1 time 30 dollar non-refundable minor transport fee which covers the cost of us meeting with you and your child for safety and security purposes. We want to ensure your child’s safety.
