I needed last minute help and Renee really saved the day for me as my family also had to leave for a hockey tournament while I was leaving for a conference.  Personal note I fell down my stairs hurt myself badly but was determined to go and she helped me regain confidence and make it through!  Her service is wonderful timely and helpful!  Her energy was so calming and everything for her process is so easy!  Recommend the company any time for transport! I had some minor changes to my reservation leading up to my pickup and Renee was flexible and understanding. The trip back to Fargo went very quick in part to the great conversation. I highly recommend giving Ellis a call for any ride service needed. Ellis offers rides to the airport in lieu of taxi's or parking your vehicle in the lot. Right on time for pick up, and when our returning flight was rescheduled for two days later than originally scheduled, she was extremely flexible and made sure we had a ride home.
